10. PRESIDING AT GENERAL MEETINGS
10.1 The President, or in the President's absence, the Vice-President, shall preside as chairperson at each General Meeting of the Association.
10.2 If the President and the Vice-President are absent from a General Meeting, or are unable to preside, the Members present must select one of their number to preside as chairperson.
