19. NOTICE OF COUNCIL MEETINGS
19.1 Written notice of each Council meeting must be given to each Member of the Council at least two business days before the date of the meeting.
19.2 Written notice must be given to Members of the Council of any special meeting specifying the general nature of the business to be conducted and no other business may be conducted at such a meeting.
