28. DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS
28.1 Subject to the Act, after the winding up or dissolution of the Association and the payment of all its liabilities, if any property or funds remain then on a resolution passed by a two-thirds majority of the Members it shall be given or transferred to another entity or organisation in Australia whose charitable objectives or purposes most nearly resemble those of the Association and which is not carried on for the purposes of profit or gain to its individual members.
